This large terrace gives an excellent sitting out
area close to the house. It also has its own good-sized teak
table and
chairs, making it suitable for larger gatherings, barbecues etc.
Like the
upper terrace, it has wonderful views and feels almost part
of the surrounding
countryside. The building to the right in the first picture is a
"clède"
a two storey building originally used for drying chestnuts. (The
lower
right picture still shows the old upper terrace, replaced in
2014.)
