The downstairs bedroom is another completely
refurbished 'new/old' room. A new chestnut floor, but the original
chestnut-beamed ceiling and some re-used ancient chestnut are
complemented by antique furniture. A modern king-sized
bed and new light fittings complete the airy rustic look.
The en-suite bathroom is also entirely rebuilt, a bright modern space with a walk-in shower and other luxury fittings.
